Evelyn was just incredible. We designed our entire master bathroom in about 90 minutes and had everything from cabinets and countertops to shower fixtures and a beautiful toilet and tile. This was the best place we found.

My kitchen designer and contractor both recommended a well known plumbing house but I found their employees to be standoffish and their communication/service to be poor. I had the same experience at a second reputable plumbing house, and while a third one was pleasant and helpful, they just couldn't follow through. Connecting with the salespeople and good service are priorities for me. When I stopped in at Torrco, I immediately connected with Evelyn Zepeda who was personable and helpful. She helped me think through the process of choosing a kitchen faucet, toilet, and hardware and her response time to my many follow up questions and concerns was stellar. She was very patient with my frequent visits and indecisiveness, and never pressured me.Torrco delivered my items quickly, even offering next day delivery. I was impressed with the whole process. I later had an issue with the faucet (not Torrco's fault) and Evelyn immediately kicked into action and got me a replacement from the manufacturer within days. She also was there for me after my purchase to seek out answers and provide advice on a problem I was having. I will use Torrco for all my needs in the future, and a big thank you to Evelyn. She was the reason I went with Torrco and the reason I will return.

We just completed a new construction project and used Torrco for all of our plumbing needs. We have been completely satisfied with the entire team but must call our Evelyn Zepeda as the hero of our project. She was incredible to work with when looking for design and product selection and cared for us through all of the delivery, shipping, and installation processes. As with any construction project, we had some surprises to overcome and she was always available and ready to help. In several cases, she was more knowledgeable than our plumber and helped us to troubleshoot and correct issues. The new construction project for our family was a tremendous undertaking but the support from Torrco (and especially Evelyn) was an absolute bright spot for our project. Thank you!
